    Nor confirm a suspected illness. If the subject comes up, we say so right away.

    Promising a cure by infallible means is a crime in Brazil — article 283 of the Penal Code.

  4. We never discourage treatment

    If you are in therapy or on medication, we encourage you to continue.

  5. We never sell fear

    A hard forecast is delivered with care — not as a threat followed by an offer.

  6. A crisis stops the reading

    Risk signals interrupt the flow and point to a helpline. No card is drawn.
