What this service is
Astropeia computes your birth chart from real astronomical ephemerides and offers interpretive conversation through artificial intelligence, tarot and oracle readings, and correspondence with subject specialists: answers are drafted with the support of artificial intelligence and reviewed and improved by human specialists before being sent.
The computation is astronomy: planetary positions, houses and transits are calculated, not generated by a language model. The interpretation is conversation — and conversation about symbol, not about fact in the world.
What this service is not
It is not a health service. It is not therapy, it does not replace psychological, psychiatric or medical care, and it does not diagnose anything.
It is not legal, accounting or financial advice. No answer here should be taken as an investment recommendation.
It does not predict the future as fact. An astrological transit describes a symbolic period, not a guaranteed event — and none of your decisions should be outsourced to a card.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. The account is personal and non-transferable.
The birth data you provide is your responsibility. A wrong time produces a wrong Ascendant and wrong houses — the computation will be correct for the data it received.
You can close the account at any time. Closing deletes conversations, memories and readings.
How letters are answered
Each letter is addressed to a subject specialist — an artificial intelligence system trained and instructed in that field, which reads your letter together with your computed chart and prepares the answer.
Before sending, that answer is read in full by a human specialist accredited by Astropeia, who corrects, improves, cuts what does not hold and signs it. No letter goes out without that review, and the reviewer’s name appears in the letter.
We say this plainly because it is what it is: the answer is not written from scratch by a person, nor delivered by a machine without supervision. Anyone who only wants to talk to the artificial intelligence, without human review, has that in the app chat, identified as such.
A letter is interpretive correspondence, not a clinical session. The same boundaries from the previous section apply to it. We remove reviewers on the first occurrence of selling through fear, promising a cure or prescribing substances.
Payment
Subscription
Charged monthly or yearly, always up front, always at the amount shown before purchase. The Essential plan costs R$ 29,90 a month. The full chart stays free, with no card, forever.
Single letter
R$ 30,00, debited from your balance the moment you send it — and only then. There is no charge per minute, per session or per reading time, because there is no live consultation: contact is always in writing.
Included letters
One a month on Deep and three a month on Circle. The quota does not roll over, and while it lasts writing costs nothing beyond the subscription.
Balance is only debited when you send a letter, and the amount appears on screen before sending. There is no clock running, no automatic credit purchase and no balance renewal without you asking. Charging per minute, with no cap, is the mechanism this category uses abroad to generate invoices people do not recognise — and that is precisely why it does not exist here.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling is a button inside the product. There is no retention flow, no last-minute offer, no phone number to call.
Within 7 days of the first charge
Full refund, with no need to justify.
Consumer law — right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
A letter not answered on time
Full refund of what was debited, without you having to chase it. The deadline is 24 business hours and the clock is ours.
A service not delivered is not charged.
A letter that violated our limits
Full refund and an inquiry into whoever reviewed it. You do not have to prove anything: the letter is on record and we read it.
An active subscription
Once cancelled, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. No penalty, no retention by phone.
Consumer law — cancellation by the same means as purchase.
Conduct and suspension
We may suspend an account that uses the service to threaten, harass or defraud, that tries to extract the internal workings of the system, or that resells access. A suspension comes with a written reason and a right of reply.
We do not suspend accounts for disagreeing with a reading, for requesting a refund or for complaining publicly.
Changes to these terms
A change that reduces your rights or raises the price is announced 30 days in advance, by email, and you can cancel at no cost within that period. Wording fixes and clarifications go in without notice.
Jurisdiction is the consumer’s domicile, as consumer law requires — not ours.
How your data is handled is described in privacy and data protection, and the limits of what we do and do not do are in our limits. The three pages are part of the same contract.
