- Why is paying yearly cheaper?
- Because it costs us less. Cards take 4.5% and app stores up to 30%; an instant bank transfer costs around 1%. Instead of pocketing the difference, we turn it into the yearly discount.
- Does the consultation credit expire?
- Yes, in 60 days. It is written in the plan and shows in your wallet with the date. Credit that never expires becomes an eternal liability, and we would have to price that into everyone’s plan.
- How do I cancel?
- One click, inside the app, without talking to anyone. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not retain people through friction.
- Do you train AI on my conversations?
- No. Neither our own model nor anyone else’s. The content of your conversations is sensitive data and exists only to talk with you.
- What if I want to delete everything?
- You delete memory by memory, or the whole account. Deletion reaches backups and the vector memory — it is not just disappearing from the screen.
